Superb. Book it now!
"She's amazing! She knows more about Buenos Aires than I do!" A quotation from our driver regarding the superb Tracy who took us on two incredible tours in and around buenos Aires. Don't miss an opportunity to spend the day with her as she recreates the history of the city and famous Argentines from beginning to end. And her knowledge is indeed seemingly endless as well as delivered with a twinkle in her eye. We quizzed her on past and current events, restaurants, additional strolls, you name it! And the icing on the cake is that she is a tango dancer herself! Not only does she float through the streets, she can articulate the history and passion of the dance without one single step. Book it now!

Highly recommended walking tour of BA
From first contact to finally meeting Tracy in Buenos Aries for our full day walking tour, everything was perfect. Tracy is very knowledgeable about BA and her level of knowledge is matched by her enthusiasm. In addition to learning about the different architectural styles we also learned about local culture.
The trip comprised walking, taxi and subway. Be prepared for an exhausting but informative day in excellent company - make sure you wear comfortable shoes and take water and sunscreen with you. We were very happy to take Tracy’s standard tour but others may wish to tailor it to any particular interests you have. Nothing will be too much trouble. As we were coming straight from the airport after arriving from Madrid to begin our tour, Tracy arranged for us to be picked-up.
Overall very much a ‘ 5 star experience’.Gordon B.,UK

Fabulous Day in Tigre!
It was the best day we had on our trip!
Tracy was an outstanding guide!! We would highly recommend asking for her. The boat roads, the art museum, the delicious restaurant for

What a fabulous evening of dinner & tango with Tracy!
As tourists we never would have been able to have this glimpse into the authentic world of Tango on our own. We enjoyed every minute of the evening - from the personal pick up from our hotel, to the dinner, and best of all, to the Milonga to watch tango. Tracy's knowledge and passion for Tango is amazing, and we felt privileged to be amongst locals doing something they so love and are proud of. We highly recommend doing this tour!

Great Airport Transfer Service!
This service was exactly as advertised.
Our driver was Renzo and he showed up right ontime and made sure the ride was as comfortable as possible for us.
He was great to chat with and I'd use him and this service again.Bobby J., USA

The BEST day in Buenos Aires!
I am 100% sure that if you spend a day with Tracy in Buenos Aires, you will fall in love with the place as much as I did! The old colonial buildings of Palermo, famous cemetery mausoleums of Ricoletta, colourful streets of Camenito and the white kerchiefs of Plaza de Mayo will take a new meaning beyond what the tourist eye can see.
Tracy is lovely, super-knowledgeable and very personable, and has a way of sharing information that is easy and engaging. Tracy's love and passion for the local culture and history is inspiring, it was great to see the city with her!Highly highly recommend!!!
Thank you so much Tracy for an awesome day in Buenos Aires!Julia P., Sydney, Australia

A fantastic night out!
My husband & I would never have discovered on our own the historical cafe that Tracy took us to. The food was great & filling! A true Argentine experience. Then, going to the Milonga was a bit like entering a secret world. Seeing all ages & levels dancing together was very inspiring. We had gone to a tango show a few nights earlier & this felt like we were seeing more of ‘the real thing’. Thanks Tracy for taking us deeper into Buenos Aires than we could have done on our own.

My daughter & I hugely enjoyed Tracy's tour from Recoleta to La Boca, and her many vivid insights into Buenos Aires as a whole.
Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about the city's history & culture, and is a charming & fun guide. We felt safe & secure throughout the experience including on the metro & buses, as well as on the streets. Tracy brought the city alive for us in a sensitive & unique way and she ignited our interest in exploring new areas of marvellous Buenos Aires.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our several walking tours with Tracy.
She has a warm personality, is very knowledgeable and is bilingual. Tracy had interesting and amusing anecdotes. For example, we visited several prominent buildings in Retiro, learned about the family histories, family dynamics and legacies. Stopping for a good coffee or lunch also gave us a look into the different vibes of the city. We recommend Tracy for everyone!

Excellent AirPort to hotel transfer
Very good communication!
Renzo let me know exactly where he would be and was there
waiting for us when we arrived. He was a safe driver and let us know about the different buildings we saw as we went by. I would definitely recommend Renzo.Carole D., USA

A great tour with a personal touch!
Tracy was professional from my initial communication with her all the way through to our tour day. She asked us if we had any preferences so she could personalize our experience. Because of this we were able to see all the parts of the city we were hoping to see but much more. We stopped at a couple of spots to try some local food along the way and got some souvenir shopping done too. At the end of the tour, Tracy offered restaurant suggestions and a few other ideas of how we might spend the new few days in the city. It was so helpful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to really get to know Buenos Aires with a personal touch!

Tracy was an amazing tour guide, so amazing - we ended up booking another tour with her while in Argentina!
She is so knowledgeable about everything Buenos Aires (it was impressive) and was able to answer all of our questions whether it be about food, trees, history or culture. We loved her laid back style and the way she worked around what we wanted to see and do! As a bonus…she was an excellent personal photographer for our family and took us to some delicious local restaurants and cafes. We would HIGHLY recommend her for any tour in BA! We had a seamless day and didn’t have to worry about anything… she had every detail worked out! My three teenage(ish) kids all said she was the best!

Highly recommend this fantastic tour!
We had an amazing day with Tracy on the full day walking tour. She has an incredible knowledge of the history and culture of Buenos Aires, and her passion for the city shines through. We covered a huge area but the combination of walking, a private driver and the subway made the day fly by. It was a fantastic introduction to this beautiful city, and by the end of the day we felt like we'd made a local friend. We can't recommend this tour highly enough!

Perfect Day in BA with Tracy
Look up "Tracy Stafford - To Be in Buenos Aires" on FB. Tracy = fabulous!
She is a private guide, dances tango, originally Canadian thus easily understandable English, has a masterful understanding of BA & Argentinean history, culture, and government, and is extremely responsive via WhatsApp or messaging both prior to, during, and following our fantastic day with her.
We did a 7 hour walking tour with Tracy, and it was perfection from hotel pickup and drop-off to hitting all the highlights of Buenos Aires, to helping us exchange 'blue dollar' money, to a delicious traditional lunch, to a trip on the subway, to adjusting our tour to catch the changing of the guards, to a wonderful explanation of tango dancing culture, to loving Boca, to her driver Renzo who 3 weeks later transfered us from one airport to another in BA.
That 2 hour transfer with Renzo ended in hugs. Tracy and Renzo are a fabulous team and will make you absolutely fall in love with their city! Following our return to our hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our perfect BA day with a fantastic tango show which we would recommend experimenting while in BA. My husband and I also watched 'Evita' the evening before we left for Argentina which made our time in BA, at Evita's tomb in the Recoleta Cemetery, and seeing the Casa Rosada even more exciting and fun.
Enjoy BA...we had one day in BA and it could not have been better!
(I had discovered Tracy via Trip Advisor reviews...and she did not disappoint.)Mitzi, USA

An Outstanding Experience!
I can think of no better way to journey through the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires than with this full-day private walking tour—immersing you in the rich culture, history, & beauty of Argentina's capital city. From the moment Tracy met us at our hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. Her passion for Buenos Aires was infectious, and her deep knowledge & expertise ensured that every step we took was filled with fascinating insights & hidden gems. We explored the iconic neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, each with its own distinct personality: San Martin, Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo, La Boca (including tango, Recoleta, with the grandeur of the Recoleta Cemetery - every corner seemed full of stories & opportunities for Tracy to reveal new aspects of this diverse city.

An Outstanding Experience Cont'd
Throughout the day, Tracy went above and beyond to ensure that every moment was tailored to our interests and preferences. Her depth of knowledge was truly impressive, and her energy and enthusiasm never wavered, making the tour both informative and entertaining. In addition to this fantastic day, I also need to mention how great Tracy was helping us to arrange other aspects of our first visit to Argentina! She was great at communicating, helped us with airport and other transportation arrangements, currency exchange, and other advice on things to do and see. We participated in a number of tours and ‘tourist activities’ during our visit to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, and Mendoza, and our day with Tracy was simply the best.

Highly Recommended Best Experience!
My wife and I very much enjoyed our tour, actually tours, with Tracy. A lovely young woman who clearly adores her adopted country, Argentina. Originally from Canada, she speaks both English & Argentine Spanish flawlessly. She knows Buenos Aires, both the history & culture, with wonderful insights into what makes the city “tick”. A tango dancer herself, we enjoyed her perspectives on the dance, Milongas, etc.
The tour was thorough, starting in Recoleta, ending in San Telmo where our hotel is located. We requested to add an hour to visit La Boca and would recommend others do the same. Lots of walking and we were exhausted at the end of the day, but was what we expected and worth both what we paid and the time/energy spent.continued>>>>>>>

Highly Recommended Best experience cont'd
We also toured Tigre and the delta with Tracy. Another lovely day and the weather made it more so. Not as fast-paced as the day before, which was welcome. The driver Tracy typically uses, Osvaldo, was a charming and capable gent, whose company we also greatly enjoyed.Communications with Tracy pre-tour were helpful to customize both days to our desires, but we made sure to trust her instincts about what we’d appreciate most…said trust was well rewarded. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending To Be in Buenos Aires and Tracy to others wanting to explore the wonderful city and environs of Buenos Aires.

I'm spending an extended amount of time in Buenos Aires . Tracy provided an excellent orientation to the city that helped me feel more comfortable & at home. Her services went over & above what I expected from a day tour. She helped me orient to the pace of the city, taught me how to use the public transportation, provided valuable information about exchanging money, gave me lists of places to shop, pointed out multiple restaurants theatres & cafes that I will want to return to, and since I'm here for tango, she gave me recommendations for milongas & vital information about the tango culture of BA.

Tracy is knowledgeable about the architecture, history, literature, & art, not just of the city of Buenos Aires, but all of Argentina. She shared fascinating stories about the people, places, politics, & events, and placed it all within the context of the current political, economic, & social climate of Argentina. Anytime friends & family come to visit me here in Buenos Aires, I'll be booking a tour with Tracy, because I trust that she will be able to tailor a unique & informative adventure specific to the needs of each of my guests, and show me something delightful that I haven’t yet experienced in my new city.
